对位对线的粗隆间骨折计算机辅助复位方法

Computer-Aided 3D model Reduction Method Based on Liner-Positional Alignment for Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

  • 摘要: 临床医学中,股骨粗隆间骨折复位应同时满足对位和对线的医学需求,现有计算机辅助复位方法不能较好支持.为此提出一种基于对位对线的粗隆间骨折计算机辅助复位方法,以碎骨三角网格模型为拼接对象,通过充分利用人体CT扫描特点,有效地评估下肢力线,实现对线调整;然后以断裂面之间距离最小化为目标,实现对位拼接;通过对位与对线的反复迭代拼接,最终得到复位结果.在粗隆间骨折临床数据集上进行了实验,并与医生手工复位作比较,实验结果表明,该方法能满足对位对线医学需求,有效地提高粗隆间骨折的术前规划效率.

     

    Abstract: In clinic,the reduction of intertrochanteric fractures should meet two requirements of alignment and displacement.The existing computer-aided reduction method cannot be well performed.To address this problem,a liner-positional alignment method is presented to reduce intertrochanteric fractures.The input of the method is a 3D triangular surface model of fractured femoral bones.Firstly,to realize the adjustment of liner alignment,the limb alignment is evaluated by making the best of the characteristics of CT scan.Secondly,the positional alignment is executed with the aim of minimizing the distance between fracture surfaces.Finally,pairwise reduction is iteratively performed based on liner and positional alignment.The comparison is drawn between the accuracy of our approach and that of manual reduction.The results show that our method accords with the criteria of clinical reduction,and effectively improves the efficiency of preoperative planning for femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
