摘要: 针对低信噪比复杂背景红外图像弱小目标检测虚警率高的问题,提出一种基于显著图的红外弱小目标动态规划检测前跟踪算法.该算法采用改进的局部区域差分算子提取显著图,根据注意力转移机制设计搜索策略,利用目标移动速度实时更新搜索范围,对多帧连续的显著图进行滤波跟踪,实现对红外图像弱小目标检测.实验结果表明,文中算法在对弱小目标进行有效检测的同时降低虚警率,提高了图像的检测效率.Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the high false alarm rate of detecting dim and small targets in the infrared image with low signal-to-noise ratio and complex background, a saliency map based dynamic programming track-before-detect algorithm is proposed. An improved difference of local region operator is used to extract the saliency map in this algorithm. A novel search strategy is designed according to the attention transfer mechanism. In addition, the search range is updated in real time by utilizing the speed of the target. The algo- rithm processes the multi-frame continuous saliency maps to realize infrared dim and small target detection. Experiment results indicate that the algorithm can reduce false alarm rate and improve detection performance in less time.
