多装配接口的三维装配模型检索方法

3D Assembly Model Retrieval Method for Multi-assembly Interfaces

  • 摘要: 针对三维模型装配时存在的多接口连接方式,提出一种多装配接口的三维装配模型检索方法.首先对三维装配模型进行属性邻接图的表达,并根据装配体零件之间的接口配合关系定义共轭子图;然后针对装配模型构成的图集进行图顶点的序列化,降低顶点匹配过程中的遍历次数;在此基础上,将装配模型的检索转化成查找符合共轭子图的属性邻接图,通过装配模型属性邻接图的图集进行模型检索;最后对频繁子图挖掘方法进行改进,提取出满足多装配接口的三维装配模型.实验结果表明,该方法能够实现多装配接口的三维装配模型检索,可以提取出设计人员所需的三维模型,提高产品的设计效率.

     

    Abstract: For multi-assembly connections during 3D model assembly, a 3D assembly model retrieval method for multi-assembly interfaces is proposed. First, the 3D assembly models are expressed using an attribute adjacency graph, and a conjugated subgraph is defined based on the interface cooperation relationship between the assembly parts. Second, serialization of the vertices of the graph is performed for the atlas of the assembly model, reducing the times of traversal during the process of vertex matching. On this basis, the assembly model retrieval is translated into the problem of retrieving the attributed adjacency graph that conforms to a conjugated subgraph, and model retrieval is performed through the atlas of the attribute adjacency graph of the assembly model. Finally, the frequent subgraph mining method is improved, and the 3D assembly model that satisfies the multi-assembly interface is extracted. Experimental results show that this method can realize the 3D assembly model retrieval of multi-assembly interfaces, extract the 3D model required by designers, and improve product design efficiency.
