三维零件模型工程尺寸完备性检查算法

Algorithm for Inspection of Engineering Dimensioning Completeness on 3D Part's Model

  • 摘要: 三维模型定义技术的发展使得设计和制造逐渐走向三维化,为了确保设计和加工数据的完整性,实现三维标注尺寸完备性的自动检查,提出一种基于参数化建模映射关系的尺寸完备性自动检查算法.首先建立工程尺寸集和建模参数集之间的映射关系,利用牛顿迭代法求解其映射矩阵;其次对映射矩阵化简,建立映射矩阵与尺寸完备性之间的关系;最后通过分析化简后的映射矩阵来完成尺寸完备性检查判断.在CAITA系统上进行实例分析测试,验证了该算法的正确性和有效性.

     

    Abstract: With the development of 3D model definition technology, complete dimensioning plays an important role in digital product design and manufacturing. To ensure the integrity of design and processing data and achieve the automatic inspection of dimensioning completeness on 3D part's models, a novel algorithm of di- mensioning completeness inspection is proposed here based on the mapping relation in the parametric model- ing. First the mapping is established by analyzing the relation between sets of modeling parameters and engi- neering dimensions, and the mapping matrix is solved by Newton method. Then the mapping matrix is simpli- fied by the row elementary trans-formations, and the judge principle of dimensioning completeness is estab- lished by mathematic methods in the analysis of the relationship between the simplified mapping matrix and the dimensioning completeness. Finally, the algorithm for inspection of dimensioning completeness is devel- oped based on the judge principle. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified via the tests on some representative 3D parts based on the CAITA V5 system.
