Fiber-Placement Path Design for Composite Structures in Pipy-Form

  • 摘要: 以母线为基础分段拟合生成铺丝路径.首先根据管状构件特点构造关键控制母线,通过插值生成所有母线作为铺丝参考路径,再采用与母线固定角度铺丝方法生成所有路径;然后讨论了对路径交叉和间隔情况的处理,并给出了铺丝精度控制策略;最后利用CATIA V5R14及其二次开发环境实现了铺丝算法,并通过飞机S型进气道的应用,验证了该算法的正确性与有效性.

     

    Abstract: An efficient algorithm for calculating the fiber-placement paths over the pipy-shape parts based on generatrices is proposed. Firstly, we construct a few key control generatrices according to the shape of the pipy parts, then produce all generatrices by interpolating these key control generatrices; paths are finally determined by putting together all the generatrices following the constraint of constant angle placement. Technical issues regarding path's intersection and clearance are discussed, and a strategy of precision control over the tow-placed part is promoted. We implemented our algorithm under the environment of CATIA V5R14 and its 3rd party development platform, and verified its validity through an application on aircraft S-inlet.
