基于显微CT扫描的三维织物仿真

3D Simulation of Jacquard Fabrics Based on MicroCT Scan

  • 摘要: 为了在纹织CAD中通过织物仿真减少产品的试织次数、降低生产成本,提出一种基于显微CT扫描的三维织物仿真方法.首先由显微CT扫描的纱线切片得到单根纱线的密度信息;然后根据真实纱线的彩色图像生成纱线的体数据模型;最后根据织物结构中经纬线的位置信息对纱线体数据进行变换和填充,得到织物的体数据模型并进行体绘制,获得真实感较强的仿真效果,可表现出纱线的毛羽、捻度等效果.实验结果表明,该方法切实可行,织物结果真实自然.

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the number of test weaving and cost via simulation of jacquard fabric in fabric CAD system, a new method is proposed to build volume model of fabrics.First the density of single yarn is obtained from microCT scans.Then an initial volume model of yarns is reconstructed based on density data and color photographs.The final fabric volume model is refined by interpolating warped yarn data according to axis position of warp and weft yarns.The effects of hairiness and twist of yarns are manifested via volume rendering.Experimental results show that the method is feasible and the simulation results are natural.
