摘要: 为检测球体产品,提出了一种控制曲面的计算机辅助设计方案,该控制曲面可控制球体转动模式,以使激光束可扫描到整个球面.研究了扫描点在球面上的移动模式,用微分方程组建立了扫描点与角速度矢量变化规律的数学模型,并运用该模型设计出控制球体转动的控制曲面;同时对此模型及其控制曲面分别用Simulink和OpenGL进行了成功的计算机仿真.Abstract: A project of computer-aided design was presented for ball-inspection’s controlling surface,which could control ball’s rotation in order that a laser beam could scan the whole sphere.The motion pattern of a scanning point was studied in case a fixed laser beam was pointing at a rotating ball with fixed center. A mathematical model of the scanning point and the angle-velocity vector was built up with differential equations for the motion manner.With this model,a controlling surface was designed to control the ball’s rotation.The mathematical model and the controlling surface were successfully simulated with Simulink and OpenGL respectively.
