三角曲面数字样品的特征提取与再现技术
Feature Extraction and Embedding Based on the Digital Sample of Triangular Bézier Patches

摘要: 针对特征技术在反求工程CAD建模中的重要作用,提出基于三角Bézier曲面数字样品的特征提取和计算方法,研究了将特征曲线嵌入到原始测量数据中并且作为三角化约束条件的特征再现技术;同时基于反求工程的产品再创新设计思想,给出在已有三角Bézier曲面模型中局部再造特征的算法.应用实例表明,利用特征提取与再现技术能够有效地改善三角Bézier曲面模型的品质,为最终获得高品质的CAD曲面模型打下良好的基础.Abstract: Feature plays an important role in reverse CAD modeling.Features extracted from the digital product model of triangular Bézier patches are embedded back into the model by inserting the recognized characteristic curve into the original data points and constraining the subsequent triangulation process.Considering the innovative design in reverse engineering,an algorithm of feature reconstruction is studied in relation to triangular Bézier patches.It is shown that the quality of triangular Bézier patches can be improved by applying the feature techniques proposed in this paper.
