面向产品的工艺数据数字化管理建模

Process Planning Modeling to Support Product Life Cycle Data Management

  • 摘要: 利用面向对象的处理方法,分析了工艺数据管理面向产品的特性,研究和扩展了传统意义上的工艺BOM模型,建立了工艺BOM与其他物料清单间的映射关系,有效地起到产品全生命周期中工艺数据的纽带作用;根据以数据为中心、产品为导向的建模思想,构建了面向产品的工艺数据管理的容器对象模型,并详细分析了各对象间的关联关系及工艺数据的动态属性和静态属性,实现了工艺数据的全面管理同时,采用语义数据模型化技术——IDEF1X方法完成了对工艺数据处理方法模型的构建.

     

    Abstract: An integrated approach to construct Process Bill of Material(PBOM) is presented that inherits the product design information from EBOM and offers various additional data to support the whole process of production management, including process planning, tooling, purchasing, manufacturing, cost accounting, etc. The mapping relationship between PBOM and the other material bills is built to make the process data serve as a link between EBOM and other BOMs over the product life cycle. The associated relationship of all objects and the dynamic as well as static attributes of process data are analyzed in detail. In such a way, overall management of process data is realized.
