Abstract:
The problems for disassembly sequence planning for maintenance with current disassembly Petri net models are the inaccurate description of constraint relations and complexity of model structures.For the disassembly sequence planning for maintenance of airborne equipments,a disassembly color Petri net(DCPN) model with disassembly precedence constraints is proposed,which considers the influence of disassembly precedence on disassembly time.First,a method for accurate description of the relationship between devices is formulated based on the generation and characterization of disassembly precedence matrix in m-dimensional disassembly.Then,the structure of net system is simplified by using colored Petri net.The automatic search method for the disassembly sequences and their concurrency in disassembly operations is realized employing the reachable marking graph and the dynamic characteristics of DCPN,including boundness,concurrency,and conflict.At last,a practical case is used to demonstrate the correctness of the DCPN model and the disassembly sequence algorithm.
