一种基于数学模型的鲁棒设计新方法及软件实现

New Robust Design Method Based on Key Characteristics and Its Software System

  • 摘要: 提出公差设计的最小偏差数学模型,与参数设计的最小灵敏度法一起构成了一种基于数学模型的鲁棒设计新方法,并完成了该方法的软件实现.当产品的干扰变量与其目标值发生偏移时,运用该方法得到的设计变量公称值及其公差在保证产品质量的前提下,可以最大限度地扩大公差带的范围,降低成本.最后,以三杆构件系统的鲁棒设计为例,说明了该方法的运用.

     

    Abstract: Robust design involves mainly parameter design and tolerance design.Minimum sensitivity model is applied to determine the nominal value of design parameters,while the minimum deviation model is used to determine the tolerances.These two models constitute the new approach of robust design based on key characteristics.With this approach,not only the values of design variables are worked out to ensure the stability of product quality,but also the tolerances of design variables are set up to meet the requirements of product functionality.Case study of a three bar mechanism with programming on Matlab verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach.
