大规模定制下产品配置设计过程管理研究

Research on Product Configuration Design Process Management in Mass Customization

  • 摘要: 产品配置是利用客户需求对配置模型进行实例化的过程在这个过程中,需要对那些不能直接从已有零部件库中选配到的零部件进行新的设计在研究产品配置设计工作流程和管理内容的基础上,针对需要设计的实例单元提出了一个产品配置设计过程模型,给出了配置设计过程中设计活动分解的三种结构、三个层次和两个模板,实现了配置中的实例单元数据和设计活动的集成最后给出了模型在电梯产品配置设计过程中的实际应用.

     

    Abstract: The research on product configuration design process and management is important for supporting and applying product configuration in mass customization. Product configuration can be thought as a process of instantiating configuration model in meeting consumer needs. In this process, the components that are not covered in components bases need to be designed. The product configuration design process has some distinguished characteristics from the general product design process. In this paper, after the main contents and work flows of product configuration design are introduced, a model on product configuration design process is presented. With regard to the model, three decomposition structures, three decomposition layers and two templates are introduced, and the instance unit data are well integrated into design tasks. The model proposed and the decomposition methods are verified by an example of elevator design.
