面向家电产品的人机工程分析与评价系统

  • 摘要: 结合家电产品的人机特性开发了一个人机工程分析与评价系统.该系统能够建立虚拟人机环境,对舒适度、可及范围、姿势预测、静态受力分析等多个指标进行动态分析和评价.实验结果表明,该系统能够对吸尘器、摩托车以及冰箱等家电产品的人机特性进行定量分析与评价,给设计师提供反馈修改建议,支持产品创新.

     

    Abstract: The system provides an environment for creating the product model,building a virtual human and studying the human-product inter relationship,including comfort assessment,reach zone analysis,posture prediction,and static strength analysis.Experiments were conducted on cleaner,motorcycle and refrigerator, showing that human factors can be quantitatively analyzed and evaluated,and the advice for further improvement can be fed back to designers to promote the product design innovation.
