机构概念设计符号方案的自动识别

Automatic Identification of Symbolic Schemes of Conceptual Design of Mechanisms

  • 摘要: 为了从基于设计规则的机构创新设计自动化方法创成的、以符号表达的概念设计方案中快速遴选出具有创新性的设计方案,根据符号方案中功能构件和构件状态数之间的关系,给出了动力机构和基本机构识别的邻接矩阵遍历算法.用计算机化规则描述5种常见的基本机构之间的连接关系,给出了识别符号方案基本机构连接关系的遍历算法. 由此,实现了符号方案的基本机构及其连接关系的自动化识别.

     

    Abstract: To select innovative candidates from symbolic schemes generated by the rule-based conceptual design method, athe basic mechanisms and their connections included in the symbolic scheme should be identified.Based on the positions of the functional links and the links'state numbers in the symbolic scheme, athe adjacency matrix based iterative algorithms for identification of the driving mechanisms and the basic mechanisms are presented.Five kinds of general connections among basic mechanisms are described mathematically.A traverse algorithm to figure out the connecting relations among basic mechanisms is presented.With the algorithms presented in this paper, athe symbolic scheme can be automatically decomposed into the basic mechanisms and their connections.
