基于设计核的室内单空间户型匹配方法

  • 摘要: 针对传统户型匹配技术往往忽略对设计因素全面考虑的问题, 提出一种基于空间设计核的室内单空间户型匹配方法. 首先通过提取空间的核心功能区域、关键摆放线、符合设计要求的定制墙线, 以及门窗位置等几何特征, 利用改进的交并比算法进行特征匹配计算, 得到户型精排匹配算法; 然后通过简化各特征分量的计算步骤得到一种粗排匹配算法; 最后结合粗排和精排匹配算法, 构建一套高效、精准的户型匹配推荐系统. 在人工标注的300套户型数据上的实验结果表明, 与现有方法相比, 所提系统的匹配精准度提高40%以上, 计算时间缩短了84.9%.

     

    Abstract: Traditional floor plan matching techniques often fail to comprehensively account for design factors. To address this limitation, a fine-ranking algorithm is proposed based on the concept of spatial design cores. The algorithm extracts key geometric features, including core areas, critical placement lines, design-compliant customized wall lines as well as door and window positions, and evaluates feature similarities with an improved intersection over union algorithm to assess floor plan resemblance. Additionally, feature computation is simplified to obtain a coarse-ranking algorithm. A highly efficient and precise framework is established to identify the most similar floor plans with both ranking algorithms, and experimental results on 300 manually annotated housing layouts demonstrate the proposed system improves matching accuracy by over 40% and reduces computation time by 84.9% of that required by existing methods.
