非结构构造法附面层网格生成方法

Research on the Application of Unstructured Construction Method in Boundary Layer Mesh Generation

  • 摘要: 附面层是流体运动中贴近物面的薄层, 高质量的附面层网格是飞行器进行流体动力计算获得精确结果的基础. 针对此问题, 提出一种高质量的非结构构造法附面层网格生成方法. 基于曲面网格超面分片, 首先对每一分片选取支撑点计算支撑线, 根据支撑线与分片边界线抬升得到轮廓线, 支撑线与轮廓线组成框架线; 然后依据框架线插值生成分片非结构附面层顶面网格; 再对非结构附面层顶面网格碰撞检测与处理; 最后在内部插值生成非结构附面层网格. 与主流方法前沿层进法进行实验的结果表明, 依据相关质量评价标准, 所提方法生成的非结构附面层网格无折叠单元, 且质量较差单元平均减少15%.

     

    Abstract: The boundary layer is a thin layer close to the object surface in fluid motion, and high-quality boundary layer grids are the basis for obtaining accurate results in aircraft fluid dynamics calculations. In response to this issue, this paper proposes a high-quality unstructured construction method for boundary layer mesh generation. Based on surface mesh hyperplane segmentation, first select support points for each segmentation and calculate support lines, according to the lifting of support lines and segmentation boundary lines, contour lines are obtained, and the support lines and contour lines form a framework line. Then, based on the interpolation of the framework line, generate a segmented unstructured boundary layer top surface mesh. Further collision detection and processing of the top mesh of the unstructured boundary layer. Finally, an unstructured boundary layer mesh is generated through internal interpolation. The experimental results compared with the mainstream advancing layer method show that according to relevant quality evaluation standards, the unstructured boundary layer mesh generated by the proposed method has no folding elements, and the average reduction of low-quality elements is 15%.
