摘要: 人机交互系统如何适应用户搜索任务变化,提供更优的交互模态是有待研究的课题.实验邀请30名被试,研究采用3(交互模态:触控、语音、眼控)×2(任务类型:操作模糊型、操作明确型任务)的双因素混合实验设计.采集首次点击时间、注视点数、热点图、注视路径等眼动数据,以表征用户交互过程中的访问行为、浏览行为,并通过任务负荷、满意度等评估用户的互动行为.实验结果表明,任务类型显著地影响用户搜索的访问行为和浏览行为绩效.在操作明确型任务中,用户在初始页面、搜索结果等页面停留时间短,任务满意度和负荷等互动评估高;在操作模糊型任务中,用户采用了随机搜索策略,视觉搜索路径复杂.交互模态影响用户搜索过程中的行为绩效,语音交互时用户切换页面次数显著高于眼控、触控模态.此外,用户信息需求模糊时,触控交互的访问行为、互动行为绩效最佳,其次为眼控交互.研究发现了用户搜索行为与视觉注意的关系,为人机系统的交互设计提供了参考.Abstract: The design of human-machine interaction systems should be adapted to accommodate changes in user search tasks. This study aimed to enhance user interaction efficiency by investigating the behavioral variances among users employing different interaction modalities during operational tasks. A mixed experiment design was used, involving three modalities (touch, voice, eye control) and two task types (operation-fuzzy, operation-explicit). Eye movement metrics (first click time, gaze points, hotspot map, gaze path), task load and satisfaction were collected through eye tracking system and subjective ratings. The results indicate that task type significantly influences user search behavior and efficiency. In operation-explicit tasks, users reduced searching time on page, and perceived higher satisfaction and task load. Operation-fuzzy task results in random search behavior and complex eye movement paths. Interaction modality also significantly influences searching efficiency. Voice modality results in a significantly higher number of page switches. Touch modality performed better in operation-fuzzy task, followed by eye control modality. This study reveals the relationship between user search behavior and visual attention, providing insights for interaction system design.
