基于混合属性邻接图的MBD模型参数化方法

MBD Model Parametric Method Based on Hybrid-Attributed Adjacency Graph

  • 摘要: 为解决MBD模型设计变更过程中维护几何信息与技术信息一致性的问题,提出一种MBD模型参数化方法.首先将MBD模型参数化问题分解为几何信息之间、几何信息与技术信息之间以及技术信息之间的参数化问题;其次提出采用混合属性邻接图表达MBD模型中元素间的结构关系和数值关系,通过定义混合属性邻接图中节点和边构建混合属性邻接图;然后提出MBD模型参数化流程,为设计人员生成MBD模型变更决策表.最后以某型号飞机销钉零件为例描述MBD模型参数化方法的过程,验证文中方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of consistency between geometric information and technical information of MBD models in the design change process, a parametric method of MBD models is proposed. Firstly, the parameterization of MBD models is decomposed to those problems about geometric information, technical information and geometric-technical information. Secondly, the concept of Hybrid-Attributed Adjacency Graph(H-AAG) is proposed to express the structural and numerical relations among elements in MBD models. H-AAG is constructed by defining the nodes and edges. Thirdly, a method of MBD model parameterization is proposed and the MBD model change decision table is generated for the designers. Finally, a pin part of a certain type aircraft is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
