摘要: 为了在协同设计中保护机密的产品设计信息,提出一种基于矩阵的设计问题分解方法.该方法针对现存的基于功能-参数矩阵的聚类算法往往导致受保护参数分散在多个模块且共享参数选择范围减小的问题,提出一种满足聚类约束条件的基于人工蜂群算法的聚类算法,并得到初始模块划分方案.为了进一步地减少受保护参数的信息泄露风险,提出一种调整初始模块划分方案的方法,其采用相对参与度指标来辨识容易造成受保护参数信息泄露的受保护功能;若存在这种功能,则调整相关功能和参数的配置,使得该功能在受保护模块中的相对参与度提高.最后以某溢流阀系统为例验证了文中方法的可行性和合理性.Abstract: To protect the critical product design information in collaborative design,a matrix-based design problem decomposition method was proposed.For solving the problems of the dispersed distribution of protected parameters and the narrow range of choice of shared parameters in the existing function-parameter matrix clustering algorithm,a constrained clustering algorithm based on the artificial bee algorithm was proposed and an initial module partition scheme was obtained.In order to further reduce the risk of information leakage,an approach to adjusting the initial module partition scheme was proposed.A measure called the degree of relative participation was used to identify the protected functions which may lead to information leakage of the protected parameters.When such function existed,the assignment of the related functions and parameters was adjusted,to enhance the degree of relative participation.Finally,the relief valve system was used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
